This mindset, enforced by the unscientific pseudo religion of Human Resources, and practiced daily by misguided management, has led to a dramatic decrease in employee satisfaction and retention, and these affects directly lead to a lost sense of 'being' and 'purpose' - employees become non-human. Our mission is to change that.

Humans, when unleashed, as seen through history, are capable of amazing things. The great eras of discovery have led to amazing advances in the human condition; the creation of math, the Laws of Physics, the discovery of penicillin, the discovery of flight, computers, landing on the moon, the Internet, all happened because human potential was untapped and allowed to explore. Our mission is to bring about change in the business world that unleashes stifled human potential.

In the future we will have a tiered membership, which will always have a FREE tier.

As the organization grows, and gains financial support, we'll be able to offer up a host of benefits
We plan on having forums, blogs, newsletters, think tanks, influencer, corporate ambassadors, events, seminars, and conventions, but all of these things will take time and support.
